Brian works as an energy power markets consultant by day and is a student by night.  He enjoys travel and exploring the gustatory pleasures of food and drink.  While he loves exploring the restaurant scene, he is a huge fan of the recent food truck revolution.  He is an equal opportunity drinker and in addition to home brewing likes to support Virgina wineries and has close ties to Rosemont.  To attempt to offset the calorie intake he runs and spends too many hours pedaling his Bianchi(s).  He would like to thank his amazing wife who supports or at least tolerates his (mis)adventures.
